Anyone out there with a Bene 343 L/K?
Following a cracking sail in frisky conditions a couple of days ago, on going below we found that the saloon was widely doused with drops of seawater, particularly the headlining, on account of it having spurted up round the L/K mechanism whilst we were pounding through the wavelets :o.
Just another idiosyncrasy of this bizarrely designed boat or might something have failed that ought to prevent this? Anybody have a better idea than to craft a suitably sized little hat to go over the protruding wormy thing and fitting it tightly into the hole?
