I have a ex SunSail Oceanis 440 with Z-Spars in mast furling. Whilst replacing the steaming/foredeck floodlight the cable was dropped into the mast. The cable was recovered from the base of the mast via port side cable exit hole below decks. All attempts to re-run the cable from the hole at steaming lamp level have failed and the cable (with a cycle chain providing the weight) seems to stop at around deck level. Any advice would be gratefully received.
