423 Hot Water System

I have an Oceanis 423 fitted with the 75hp Yanmar engine. When I run the engine the water supply to the calorifier seems to cause the hot water in the calorifier to expand & makes the pressure relief valve release water into the bilge. I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced this problem & any advise on how to cure it.
